PwC UKThe Integrated Services (IS) Risk team provides services to Integrated Services (IS Leadership and the 12 IS pillars) as well as Tech Catalyst Leadership. The services include enterprise and IS risk management, governance setup, governance on attestations and submissions, audit preparedness and outcome management, process assurance and education and awareness. The team supports the firm in managing enterprise risks, provides IS Leadership with a view of the risk landscape for action, offers Technology Leadership a view on assurance of controls, ensures UK compliance with the Network standard on Technology, strengthens the UK firm’s system of quality management, and collaborates with stakeholders to meet service delivery objectives by assessing risks, driving accountability, and establishing governance structures.What Your Days Will Look Like
Collaborate closely with Risk team lead, other Risk Managers, and Senior Associates to deliver strategic priorities and expand services within Integrated Services, Tech Catalyst, and Business Solutions.Engage with the wider Business Resilience area and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with service delivery and technology.Possess in-depth understanding of governance, risks, and controls related to people, technology, and processes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.Drive the team\''s vision, contribute to strategy articulation, lead assignments independently, support team member development, and maintain a growth mindset.Demonstrate competence in risk management and governance, controls review (assessment and testing), process assurance, and capability/service development for quality outcomes.This Role Is For You If
Engage stakeholders effectively and develop strategic collaborations, contributing to strategy development and execution.Drive team maturity in thought leadership and service delivery, while managing teams and developing team members competently.Employ performance management using balanced scorecard parameters, KPIs, and KRIs to ensure high standards.Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both oral and written forms.Lead self and others to deliver assignments at pace and to a high standard, demonstrating agility and resilience.Plan assignments effectively, prioritize tasks, track status, manage escalations, and review junior team members\'' work.Familiar with industry standards and best practices related to technology, including IT systems, infrastructure, and processes.Understand ITGCs, IT Governance, and enterprise risk management to inform strategic decision-making.What You’ll Receive From Us
