Play a pivotal role in the final months of the pre-construction phase. Support Project Planners in producing an integrated construction programme, optimising the critical path whilst ensuring the logic is realistic and constructable. Ensure the integrated construction programme is kept accurate for the duration of the project, maximising opportunities to reduce the critical path, and conducting detailed analysis and reporting alongside the Planning team, e.g. the time impact of change events.
