Establish a high-performing integrated team within a critical new capability supporting the evolving OESP media landscape.Partner with the Leadership Team (LT) to drive creative excellence and executional impact across all touchpoints.Lead end-to-end production across video, print, events, and digital, ensuring agility, on-time delivery, and budget discipline.Scale efficiently by building and managing a trusted network of vendors and freelancers, including contract negotiations and relationship management.Own and evolve agency operations – establishing new ways of working to ensure smooth, scalable daily delivery.Work in close collaboration with the Creative Ops and Resources Manager, who reports directly into the Head of the London agency, with a dotted line to you and your team.Champion the production discipline within the London Agency Leadership team, representing team needs, navigating collaboration, and balancing opinions for the best outcomes.Strong professional network of freelancers and contacts for external inspirationCollaborate across functions and markets – earning trust, fostering ambition, and building creative momentum.Actively foster a culture of creative excellence, collaboration, and humility “LEGO over ego” is at the heart of how we ..... full job details .....
