Integrated Planning Lead

Role OverviewOperating at the intersection of strategy, planning and delivery our Integrated Planning Lead will work closely with teams across Brand, Marketing, Creative, Communications, Customer Propositions, Experience and Insight. Bringing together multiple priorities into a single integrated plan will drive organisational objectives, support our customer and employer strategies and maximises the impact of our investment. The minimum criteria for this role are: Extensive applied experience of planning processes across brand and performance marketing channels Demonstrable experience in representing brand and marketing priorities in cross function business collaboration Proven track record in growing the sophistication of a brand and marketing integrated planning approach from low level maturity to established discipline Experience in partnering with internal risk and compliance colleagues to establish principles and processes for managing risk in marketing activity Don''t worry if you think you don''t have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we''re good at spotting potential.
