Key Responsibilities Integrated Logistics Support Management Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the ZODIAC Integrated Logistics Support strategy. Ensure compliance with Def Stan 00-600 and supportability requirements. Develop, maintain and assure Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs) throughout the programme life cycle. Ensure supportability requirements are captured, managed and evidenced throughout delivery activities. Through-Life Support Planning Develop and maintain sustainable support solutions that enable operational readiness and enduring capability. Produce and maintain Through-Life Management Plans and In-Service Support Plans. Coordinate support planning across hardware, software, hosting environments, training, documentation and service management functions. Support the transition of capability into service and ongoing sustainment. Supportability Engineering Lead analysis of reliability, availability, maintainability and supportability requirements. Ensure supportability considerations are reflected in system design decisions and architectural trade-offs. Develop support concepts that optimise operational effectiveness while minimising through-life support costs. Oversee obsolescence, asset management and configuration management considerations. Managing Agent and Supplier Assurance Act as the MOD intelligent customer for ILS activities delivered by the Managing Agent and supporting suppliers.
