Integrated Commissioning Manager

Integrated Commissioning Manager To develop strategic priorities and lead the work on the design and commissioning for population or local authority services in order to improve quality, value for money and reflect national and local priorities. Integrated Commissioning Manager To be responsible for the delivery of complex project plans, monitoring and managing progress and taking responsibility for problem solving; resolving issues to ensure individual projects and the wider commissioning programme remain on track to deliver on time and in budget. This includes working closely with finance, procurement and legal officers to ensure procurement processes are timely, competitive, transparent and equitable. Integrated Commissioning Manager To support senior leaders in Children''s and Adults Services in achieving value for money from third party spend when commissioning for the Local Authority and work with colleagues across boroughs and the ICB to support the delivery and oversight of joint contracts. Integrated Commissioning Manager To lead on specific commissioning projects that help shape and influence the provider market to deliver the departmental priorities, including the development of market management and development strategies to deliver greater choice and control for people who use services.
