Manchester Retail up to 35kAbout the RoleWe are seeking an organised and proactive Intake Logistics Assistant to support the movement of stock from suppliers to warehouses and retail locations across multiple markets. Working closely with suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL providers, you will help ensure products are delivered efficiently and inventory data remains accurate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with global 3PL providers and freight partnersMaintain delivery schedules and monitor inbound shipmentsIssue warehouse pre-advice notifications and resolve stock discrepanciesProduce regular warehousing and inventory reportsCoordinate stock transfers between warehousesSupport supplier onboarding and operational complianceEnsure warehouse consumables and packaging supplies are maintainedRequirementsExperience in inbound, import or intake logistics or supply chain operationsStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good reporting and data analysis abilities.High attention to detail.Benefits25 days holiday plus bank holidaysBonus schemeHybrid working (1 day per week from home)Healthcare benefits ..... full job details .....
