Join Our Amazing Intacct Team as a Solution Consultant!We’re excited to expand our talented Intacct team and are looking for a Solution Consultant who will act as a trusted advisor throughout every stage of our customers’ journey with Sage. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for understanding customer challenges and demonstrating how Sage’s solutions and services can create meaningful business value. Leveraging your strong finance domain knowledge, you’ll diagnose needs and showcase how Sage Intacct can help solve complex problems. Once value is identified, you’ll bring Sage Intacct to life through engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and clear written proposals. Your goal is to build confidence in our solutions, reinforce key benefits, and address any concerns, creating a compelling case for our customers.

What We’re Looking ForYou’re naturally curious, goal-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively at all levels with credibility, presence, and sound judgment. High standards are non-negotiable for you. This is a hybrid position based in the UK, requiring three days per week onsite.

Uncover customers’ business needs and decision-making criteria, aligning these with Sage Intacct’s capabilities.

Develop and deliver impactful, value-based presentations and demonstrations that clearly highlight the benefits of Sage’s solutions.

Support your team in crafting high-quality responses to RFx documents (RFI, RFP, etc.), articulating Sage’s strengths and value proposition.

Collaborate across cross-functional, industry-aligned teams to execute go-to-market plans and meet assigned budgets.

Contribute to attracting new customers and growing the pipeline by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor through industry events, webinars, and professional networking.

Use your finance domain expertise and product knowledge to build credibility and rapport with customers quickly.

What You Bring

Excellent communication skills—oral, written, and presentation.

Prior experience in presales or solution consulting, ideally within finance or related fields like accounting.

Strong commercial acumen and practical finance knowledge, with the ability to connect Sage’s offerings to evolving operational models.

Ability to manage multiple opportunities under tight deadlines, working effectively in a cross-disciplinary team.

A developing personal brand and growing professional network within the industry.

Natural ability to build rapport and use insight-driven questions to uncover customer needs.

Genuine curiosity about customers’ business goals, challenges, and KPIs.

Enthusiasm for learning, growth, and teamwork.
