I am particularly keen to speak with lawyers who enjoy the property side of insurance work - not just handling claims but really getting into the detail of policy coverage and advising clients on complex exposures.The RoleYou''ll be advising insurers and reinsurers on a broad range of property-related matters, with a strong emphasis on coverage analysis alongside disputes. The work often has an international dimension and can involve large, complex losses across property, construction and energy risks.Alongside handling your own caseload, you''ll be a key player in this team hence this is very much a "make your mark" role where there''s real scope to shape your practice over time.Your work will include:Advising on policy coverage issues relating to property, construction and energy risksHandling high-value and technically complex property damage claimsSupporting insurers on large, multi-jurisdictional losses and exposuresManaging disputes from early advice through to resolution, including litigation where requiredWorking on claims with a construction or engineering element, often alongside technical expertsPursuing subrogated recoveries on significant lossesThe TeamYou''ll be joining a highly regarded team that works closely with major insurers and reinsurers, supporting them on both UK ..... full job details .....
