This is a chance to become part of a well-established Commercial Insurance team, working on complex, high-value matters for a prestigious insurer client base while benefiting from clear progression opportunities and a collaborative working environment.The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of complex property damage disputes, advising leading insurers on matters including first and third party property damage claims, subrogated recoveries, product liability and policy coverage. The role offers exposure to technically challenging work, significant client contact and the opportunity to contribute to the continued success and growth of the team through business development and client relationship management.About YouYou will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with extensive experience handling defendant property damage claims, including policy coverage matters.
