The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property inspections, assessing damage, evaluating risks, and producing detailed reports to support insurance claims and underwriting decisions. Key Responsibilities • Conduct site inspections and surveys for insurance claims and risk assessments. • Assess property damage and prepare detailed reports. • Prepare scopes of work and repair recommendations. • Evaluate repair costs and liaise with stakeholders. • Gather photographic evidence and supporting documentation. • Maintain compliance with industry standards and company procedures. Requirements • Previous experience as an Insurance Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Loss Adjuster, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of building construction and insurance claims processes. • Excellent communication and report-writing skills. • Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
