Operations ManagerCheltenham (Hybrid)Permanent Full-time (flexible working considered) 55,000- 65,000 plus 10% max bonusWe are working with a confidential client to appoint an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of core insurance scheme operations.This role has responsibility for operational delivery, people management, systems, and service performance, ensuring underwriting and claims data is processed accurately and service standards are consistently met.Key responsibilities:Lead operational processes including onboarding, eligibility, and claims settlementEnsure accurate processing of underwriting and claims bordereauxManage Operations Assistants and support complex participant queriesOwn service levels, KPIs, and continuous improvement activityLead interaction with third-party system providers and vendorsDrive data quality improvements and support systems developmentKey experience required:Insurance operations experience, including bordereaux and claims dataUnderstanding of household or property claims processes preferredExperience managing service levels and operational teamsStrong stakeholder and vendor management skillsExperience with Power BI, Power Query, and/or SQL advantageous ..... full job details .....
