Reporting to the Insurance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the organisation''s insurance programme, handling liability claims, maintaining policy records, and providing specialist insurance advice to stakeholders across the business.This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional looking to develop their expertise within a supportive environment while contributing to effective risk management and financial protection strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and administer the organisation''s insurance portfolio, ensuring adequate and cost-effective cover is maintained.Act as the first point of contact for insurance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.Investigate, manage, and coordinate liability and property claims from initial notification through to resolution.Liaise with insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure claims are progressed efficiently.Monitor claims performance and maintain accurate records and databases.Prepare insurance renewal information and support annual tender and procurement exercises where required.Analyse claims trends and provide recommendations to reduce risk and insurance costs.Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies.Produce management ..... full job details .....
