Position OverviewOperations Transformation, Insurance (Claims and/or Underwriting Focus).

Sector: Insurance, with a specialisation in Claims and/or Underwriting within the London Market.

Focus: Leading transformation projects, enhancing claims and/or underwriting operations, and modernising processes.

What Your Days Will Look Like

Lead delivery of projects focused on claims process enhancement and/or underwriting transformation.

Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and tangible outcomes.

Manage teams working on business analysis, process mapping, system implementation, and product definition.

Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders in the London Market to align transformation efforts.

Optimise claims processes and improve service delivery.

Support proposals, pursuit activity, and development of thought leadership on underwriting modernisation.

Translate business objectives into target operating models, system workflows, and data requirements.

What You’ll Need

Experience in operational transformation within the insurance industry, particularly claims and/or underwriting.

Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
