Insurance Broker / Account Handler - Key duties Respond to broker enquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with agreed SLAs. Take full ownership of broker enquiries and quotation requests, adopting a proactive "can-do" approach to resolution. Provide technical guidance and market insight to support brokers with both commercial and personal lines placements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, ensuring consistent engagement and high levels of satisfaction.
