We’re a passionate bunch with high ambition – we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.About the role:We''re looking for an Insurance Manager on a 12 month FTC (minimum) maternity cover basis to join our Finance team. You will be reporting into our Head of Finance and will be the first point of contact and trusted advisor for all Insurance enquiries across our InPost UKandI market.What you’ll be doing:Liaise with Insurance Brokers and internal stakeholders to develop and implement plans for the provision and annual renewal of insurance policies for all insurable liability, property, vehicle fleet and financial lines associated risks across InPost’s UK and Ireland (UKandI) marketCollaborate with the global insurance team to collate UKandI renewal exposures, ensuring comprehensive coverageWork alongside our appointed brokers to produce effective management information that helps understand accident trends across motor and liabilityMaintain and continually review the register of insurance policies and their contents, recommending policy adjustments where appropriate to ensure that insurable risks are always coveredComplete the processing and initiate appropriate investigations with insurers/adjusters for all relevant claims (Liability, Motor and Property), including internal claims handling of all Own Damage vehicle claims.Review contractual implications of agreements to ensure that risks arising are identified and provide comments on indemnity sections and insurance implications to minimise potential liabilityPresent quarterly insurance meetings to stakeholders, raising risk issues and fostering a proactive approach to risk managementUnderstand non-conventional insurance arrangements and be comfortable managing a relationship with a TPA (Third Party Administrator)What we need from you:Policy management - maintaining insurance policies to ensure the business has both local and global coverInsurance advisory - assessing insurance needs, providing advice on cover and helping other to understandClaims management - within a fast-paced, collaborative environment whilst working alongside TPAs.Relationship management - both internally with all levels of seniority and external suppliers.A customer focused attitude - a helpful, proactive and professional attitude when working with peopleData management - ability to work with data in Excel form and familiar with MS Word and PowerPoint software packages.We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today''s stuff done, whilst building for the future.
