• Understanding-the-client''s-business-and-risk-profiles
• Dealing-with-a-good-volume-of-renewals-and-proactively-ensuring-a-high-retention-level
• Communicating-client''s-needs-to-underwriters
• Building-a-relationship-with-clients-and-giving-prompt-attention-to-their-requests
• Discussing-what-their-future-insurance-needs-might-be-and-maintaining-contact-with-them
