Insulation Installer

About the Role
Marble Talent Group are looking for an experienced IWI/RIR Installer to join our client on a permanent basis. In this role, you will carry out installations of insulation systems (IWI/RIR) across various sites, ensuring all work meets the highest quality and safety standards.

The primary work area is in the North West region, with travel to other areas as required by contracts and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Install internal wall insulation (IWI) and room-in-roof (RIR) systems at customer sites

• Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on time

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

• Correctly use company tools and equipment

• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence

• Previous experience in insulation installation preferred

• Willingness to travel and stay away when required

• Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
