Instrument Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical & instrument design on multi-discipline projects.
• Current portfolio includes:
  • Flow & pressure monitoring upgrades
  • Effluent plant PLC control upgrades
  • Process plant upgrades to DCS
• Work closely with project managers, engineers & subcontractors across pharma and industrial projects.
• Provide design deliverables, reports, and resource estimates.
• Collaborate across disciplines (Mechanical, Process, HVAC, Civil).

Candidate Profile

• Strong electrical installation design background (pharma experience ideal).
• HNC / Degree in Engineering (professional membership a plus).
• Skilled in AutoCAD LT + MS Office.
• Knowledge of:
  • ATEX Hazardous Area design
  • Functional Safety (IEC 61508/61511)
  • CDM 2015 Regulations
• Comfortable working in multi-discipline teams and across all project stages.
