With an office base in Winchester and the requirement to work flexibly and travel frequently across the wider Hampshire, you will be confident to work with a diverse range of children and young people and be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellent professional practice.Tasks will includeDeputising for the Tutor where requiredDriving the Bikeability van when qualified to do soRisk assessing the training sites and routes and recording the resultsPlanning each training session activityMonitoring and reviewing all delivery activitySupporting the delivery of the quality improvement planOffering support to the Assistant Instructors (as required)Delivering Bikeability cycle trainingManaging groups with excellent communication skills, planning and positivityConfirming course timings, content and ground rules with ridersEstablishing riders'' current cycling abilities (baseline assessment) and identifying any special or additional learning needsEnsuring all resources required to meet the needs of riders and the course are providedIssuing every training course attendee with a completed Bikeability awardBasic cycle maintenance as required Essential Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceKeen ..... full job details .....
