As our teams grow, we seek our next Instructional Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract. Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing: Build structured learning pathways for critical rolesDevelop a library of video, how-to, and e-learning contentPopulate and optimise the LMS for usability and engagementCreate scalable templates and standards for future content Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you have: Strong grounding in learning design principles (e.g. adult learning theory, blended learning)Ability to translate operational/manufacturing processes into structured learning journeysExperience designing for different audiencesShort-form training videos (storyboarding, scripting, working with SMEs)Step-by-step "how-to" guides and process trainingInteractive e-learning modulesComfortable using external authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similarBasic video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent)Hands-on experience with LMS design toolsFamiliarity with SCORM/xAPI standardsAbility to work closely with subject matter experts in a manufacturing settingStrong communication skills to extract knowledge and turn it into clear ..... full job details .....
