Instructional Designer

This is a proactive, impactful role where you will translate complex technical content into compelling learning experiences and ensure our training portfolio supports ambitious business growth. The Role As our Instructional Designer, you will be the key enabler of modern learning standards and workforce development. Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), our training team, and internal stakeholders, you won''t just create content; you will act as an internal consultant, leveraging modern learning methodologies and technologies to develop impactful and accessible, high quality learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Designing High-Quality Content: Apply proven instructional design methodologies (such as ADDIE or SAM) to ensure all learning materials are engaging, effective, and aligned with measurable business objectives. Curriculum Optimisation: Systematically review and refine the existing face-to-face curriculum, creating standardised content, tutor notes, and activity guides to maximise the impact of tutor-led sessions.
