In-Store Cleaning Manager Locations: Kimberley and Castle Boulevard, NottinghamHours: 30 hours per weekShift: 5:00am - 12:00pmPay: £13.75 per hourPermanent Part-TimeWe are looking for an experienced and reliable In-Store Cleaning Manager to manage the cleaning operation within a busy retail store in Nottingham.We have opportunities available at two locations - Kimberley and Castle Boulevard.This is a hands-on management role where you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 cleaners, ensuring the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard and that the team operates efficiently each day.The Role As the In-Store Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the cleaning team within the store.Your responsibilities will include: Managing and supervising a team of 6 cleaners Organising daily cleaning duties and ensuring all areas are covered Checking cleaning standards and carrying out regular quality checks Ensuring the store is cleaned and ready to a high standard Managing staff attendance, performance and standards Supporting with training and onboarding new team members Organising holiday and sickness cover Ensuring cleaning products and equipment are available Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues to the relevant teams Maintaining good communication with store management Ensuring company health and safety procedures are followed Completing cleaning schedules, checks and relevant paperwork Leading by example and supporting the team ..... full job details .....
