The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a local reputable supermarket. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for both employees and clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.DutiesPerform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floorsClean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areasEmpty bins and dispose of waste appropriatelyMaintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctlyFollow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning dutiesReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management teamAssist with special cleaning projects as requiredRequirementsPrevious experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirableStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standardsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamGood communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelinesA proactive approach to problem-solving and time managementHours of workPart time - 6 mornings or 6 afternoons per weekMonday to Saturday6am-9am (prior to store opening) or 4pm-8pm (store ..... full job details .....
