Hi,Instanda Project ManagerFTEGuildford, UK (Hybrid - 1 day onsite per week)Required Skills and Experience: 12+ years of total professional experience in project delivery, product implementation, or technology consulting, with strong exposure to insurance platforms and digital transformation initiatives. 5+ years of hands-on experience working on INSTANDA projects, including active involvement in platform configuration, implementation, enhancement, and rollout activities. Proven experience delivering end-to-end INSTANDA implementations across one or more insurance product lines, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare. Strong hands-on expertise in INSTANDA configuration, including: Product setup and structure Question sets and journeys Rating tables and pricing logic Underwriting rules Document generation and templates Workflow and business rule configuration Portals and customer/broker journeys Solid understanding of insurance domain processes, such as quote, bind, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing workflows. Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and configurable solutions within the INSTANDA platform. Strong knowledge of integration concepts and experience working with REST APIs, JSON, web services, and third-party system integrations such as policy administration, payments, CRM, claims, and document systems.
