This hands-on role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of automated access control systems. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality workmanship, provide excellent customer service, and ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Install and commission gate automation, barrier, and turnstile systems. Carry out planned maintenance and servicing of access control equipment. Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently. Provide professional and responsive customer support on-site. Complete service reports and installation documentation accurately. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Profile Proven experience with gate automation, barriers, access control systems, or similar electro-mechanical equipment. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving licence.
