This person needs to be capable of overseeing their Fitting teams work, overcoming installation issues and have a calm and capable approach when dealing with our Customers. Responsibilities and Duties Daily contact with Fitting teams, to ensure they have all necessary requirements on site. Check Fitters work and assist with any queries they may have during the installation phase. Discussions with all staff and suppliers to be aware of what the jobs entail. Contact with Clients before and during the installation process, acting as the main contact once the job is sold. Regular communication with General Manager to be aware of what jobs are in progress. Experience in window fitting, to be able to check our fitters work on site Good trouble shooting skills Capable of dealing with clients face to face Experience of all aspects of windows, doors and conservatories Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone, email, and face to face A methodical and thorough approach to work with an excellent attention to detail Excellent organisational and diary management skills...
