Reporting to the Senior Implementation Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Support Team and an ecosystem of external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead Strategy: Shape and execute the business strategy for installation service delivery and customer service. Partner Management: Build, negotiate with, and scale a robust ecosystem of installation partners to reduce complexity.
