Installation AdministratorLocation: Bristol Salary: 30k DOE Job Type: Full-time / Permanent My client is a large format graphics supplier based in Bristol, who are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Installation Administrator to join their Installation team.This is a varied role supporting the planning and administration of installation projects, helping to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and on schedule.You will have experience within the construction or installation industry and be familiar with preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), managing health and safety documentation, arranging access equipment and raising purchase orders.What you''ll be doingPreparing and issuing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).Reviewing subcontractor health and safety documentation.Maintaining training records, certificates and compliance documentation.Coordinating installation schedules and preparing relevant documentation.Liaising with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.Arranging the hire of access equipment and other installation requirements.Raising and managing purchase orders and associated costs.Supporting the Installation Manager with the smooth and safe delivery of projects.Maintaining accurate records ensuring they are complete and up to date.What we''re looking forExperience in an administrative or coordination role within the construction, installation or a related industry.Experience ..... full job details .....
