Installation Technician The successful person must have a full clean driving license and be happy to spend at least 2 nights away from home per month (the role includes travel around the UK) Based in Epsom Basic c£27,000 - £28,000 + Overtime OTE £33,000 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm + overtime 20 days holiday + bank holidays Parking onsite Job Description: Carry out quality checks on products prior to dispatch. Load company vehicles ready for deliveries. Deliver equipment safely to customer locations throughout the UK. Assemble and install products on-site to a high standard. Ensure customers receive an excellent installation experience. Work closely with a colleague on most installations. Resolve customer queries professionally. Support the warehouse team with product preparation and pre-delivery assembly. Person Specification Previous experience in a delivery, installation or field-based role. Full UK driving licence. Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle. Good practical/DIY skills with the ability to use hand tools confidently. Physically fit and comfortable handling large, heavy items. Friendly, professional manner with excellent customer service skills. Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team. Additional information Basic salary: £27,000 - £28,000 plus paid overtime (OTE circa £32,000). Overtime available, typically adding £400-£500 per month depending on workload.
