Installation Technician

Installation & Assembly Fitters | Full-time

ESP Fitness is looking for hands-on, mechanically minded fitters to join our team. From assembling equipment in our workshop to installing high-end gyms around the world, no two days are the same.

ESP designs and delivers premium fitness equipment and sports flooring for top athletes, elite teams, and luxury gyms worldwide.

Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for an energetic and driven individual who enjoys building, installing, and refining physical products in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Working closely with the wider operations and production teams, you’ll play a crucial role in assembling, installing, and developing ESP’s premium fitness equipment — both in our facility and on-site with clients across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee workshop operations, including tools, stock levels, packaging, and upkeep
• Ensure all tools and equipment are clean, safe, serviced, and tracked
• Support factory production of flooring products and assemblies
• Lead on-site installations of equipment and flooring in the UK and abroad
• Assemble, service, and repair equipment, ensuring proper calibration and setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installs
• Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Provide feedback to design and engineering teams to support product improvement
• Assist with testing, documentation, and assembly of new and existing products
• Supervise on-site teams, manage vehicle readiness, and uphold H&S compliance

The Ideal Candidate:
• Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills
• Practical and confident working with tools, machines, and mechanical equipment
• Adaptable, hands-on, and thrives in a busy environment
• Clear communicator with a professional approach, especially when client-facing
• Positive, can-do attitude and comfortable working both independently and in a team

Qualifications & Requirements:
• 1–3 years’ experience in assembly, installation, or technical role
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and workshop safety standards
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required)
• Valid passport (required – some international travel expected)
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential
