Installation Team Leader

Installation Team Leader Do you have great team leadership and communication skills, with a practical background and mechanical and technical mindset? As our Installation Team Leader, the successful candidate will manage our production teams involved in the recycling of raw materials from Waste to Energy Plant Incinerator Bottom Ash, and be on the ground managing our processing installations, machinery, transport and personnel throughout the UK. We seek someone who has strong leadership and great communication skills, a practical background with a mechanical and technical mindset and a hands-on approach. This role would suit an individual who has worked in the construction, building, mining or recycling sector where they have been responsible for production/plant equipment and personnel. This role involves travel throughout UK with approx. 60% being Scotland based and 40% in the field across UK sites.
