Installation Supervisor 40,500 + up to 20% bonus 50 hours per week Nationwide UK Travel Monday - Friday Are you interested in an installation role where you can travel the country, work on a variety of projects and lead a team on site? We''re looking for an Installation Supervisor to join an established engineering and installation business, working on projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role. You''ll be out on-site Monday to Friday, travelling to different locations, leading a team and getting involved with the installation work yourself. You''ll stay away during the week and be back home by Friday evening. What will you be doing?Leading and supervising installation teams across the UKGetting hands-on with structural GRP installations including walkways, platforms, staircases, handrailing, decking and access structuresWorking from technical drawings, specifications and RAMSDelivering toolbox talks and site briefingsCoordinating labour, materials, tools and equipmentMonitoring progress and resolving issues on siteCarrying out quality checks, inspections and snaggingLiaising with clients, contractors and site teamsSupporting and developing less experienced installers What do you need?We''re looking for someone with previous experience in building and construction, engineering or installation supervision, who is comfortable leading a team while remaining hands-on.
