A significant part of the role is spent on site, attending live installations to make sure the fitting team is working safely and to the required quality standard.Responsibilities as an Installation Project Coordinator:Plan and schedule the installation programme, allocating fitting teams and determining the number of vehicles required.Book installation dates with clients and confirm site readiness ahead of each job.Coordinate deliveries so that products, fixings and components arrive at site on time.Manage changes to the schedule caused by delays, snags or client requests, keeping all parties informed and minimising downtime for the fitting teams.Ensure installations are carried out safely and in line with company health and safety policy, RAMS and site rules.Requirements Previous experience coordinating or supervising installations, fit-outs or similar project based delivery environments.Strong scheduling and organisational skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple installations running in parallel.A good ...
