Installation Manager (Fenestration)

Our client is a leading aluminium systems and façade specialist delivering high-quality curtain walling, window, door and building envelope solutions across commercial, residential and public-sector projects throughout the UK.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple installation projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.The Role Reporting to the Operations Director, the Installation Manager will take full responsibility for several live projects, managing installation teams, subcontractors, programme delivery, quality standards and client relationships.The successful candidate will be a strong site leader with extensive experience within the fenestration, curtain walling, glazing or façade sector and a proven track record of successfully delivering installation projects.Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of allocated installation projects.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to specification.Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously across various locations.Produce detailed weekly project reports covering programme status, labour resources, plant, equipment, risks and progress.Ensure all project documentation is completed in accordance with company and ISO quality procedures.Monitor installation quality and ensure works comply with drawings, ..... full job details .....
