The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient installations on all domestic properties, maintaining quality standards, optimising processes, managing up to 5 teams installations teams, ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to ensure all installation targets are met. Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for continuous improvement. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Manage, train, and mentor a team of supervisors, team leaders and operators. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
