Installation Engineer Location: North of London / Field Based Employment: Full-time, Permanent Are you a qualified electrician looking for something more varied than traditional electrical installation work? We are recruiting for an established UK engineering company that designs, installs and maintains specialist electrical, mechanical and control systems for commercial customers. Due to continued demand, they are looking for an Installation Engineer based north of London to join their field engineering team. This is a hands-on, technically varied role where no two days are quite the same. You will work across customer sites throughout the UK, carrying out installations, commissioning, maintenance, fault finding and customer handovers. Specialist product and systems training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for an electrician who wants to broaden their skills across controls, electrical systems and specialist engineering equipment. The Role As an Installation Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out electrical and equipment installations Completing electrical wiring and associated installation work Undertaking customer site surveys Commissioning newly installed systems Carrying out planned preventative maintenance Attending reactive service and maintenance callouts Diagnosing electrical and controls-related faults Working with electrical, mechanical and control systems Completing customer handovers Communicating professionally with ..... full job details .....
