Installation CoordinatorLocation: Bolton Salary: Earnings up 36,000 + PA Full-Time Permanent - 40 hours P/W The OpportunityAre you highly organised, great at juggling multiple priorities and experienced in coordinating bookings, installations, engineers or field-based teams?We''re recruiting an Installation Coordinator to join a busy, established business operating within the windows, doors and conservatories sector.Working as part of a fast-paced installations team, you''ll be responsible for coordinating and booking installations across a nationwide branch network, ensuring customers, branch managers, installation teams and the internal ordering department are all working to the same schedule.This is not a sales role. It''s a hands-on coordination position where organisation, communication and the ability to keep multiple jobs moving are key.What You''ll Be DoingAs Installation Coordinator, you''ll take ownership of the installation diary and help ensure jobs are planned efficiently from order through to installation.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and booking window, door and conservatory installations nationwideManaging busy installation diaries and scheduling fitting teamsLiaising closely with Branch Managers across the UKWorking alongside the Ordering Department to ensure products and materials are available ahead of installationCoordinating customers, branches and installation teams to agree suitable installation datesMonitoring upcoming installations ..... full job details .....
