Would you like to work on a wide variety of industrial machinery, travelling to customer sites across the UK to install, commission and support market-leading packaging equipment?

Our client is one of the UK''s leading suppliers of automated end-of-line packaging machinery and is looking to appoint an Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

The Role

Working from home, you''ll travel throughout the UK installing, commissioning and supporting automated packaging machinery at customer sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Installation and commissioning of industrial packaging machinery.
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• Industrial machinery wiring and modifications.
• Working with safety circuits and machine safety systems.
• Supporting machine performance trials and commissioning.
• Providing technical support following installation.
• Delivering operator and maintenance training to customers.
• Working alongside colleagues and overseas equipment manufacturers on larger installation projects.
• Producing clear commissioning and service documentation.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for engineers who enjoy variety and technical challenges.

What We''re Looking For

We''re keen to speak with engineers who have:

• Multi-skilled engineering experience with an electrical bias.
• Experience working on industrial manufacturing machinery.
• Strong electrical fault-finding ability.
• Experience with industrial machinery wiring.
• Knowledge of safety circuits and electrical control systems.
• A practical, logical approach to fault finding.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Previous installation or commissioning experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product training will be provided.
