Installation and Planning Administrator

My client, an Engineering company based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit an Installation and Planning Administrator on a 2 month maternity contract from Mid-September.As a suitable candidate you will ideally have worked in a fast paced environment where you would have experience of managing costs, dealing with internal and external people and have some experience of Project Management.The main functions of the role include- Dealing with phone and email enquiries- Managing quotes, Purchase Orders and weekly invoices- Responsible for installation packs paperwork- Ordering Stock- Communicating with Engineers to arrange next days work- Liaising with Clients on a daily basis to arrange access for Engineers to get on-site- Routing locations for Engineers, demonstrating a good geographical knowledge of the UKAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Ability to coordinate Engineers diaries- Demonstrate very strong attention to detail- Ensure all quotes are signed off by senior management- Demonstrate commercial awareness by understanding cost implications and project timelines- Good understanding of Health and Safety- An ability to prioritize workload- Strong communication skills with an ability to have tough conversations when neededThe hours required for this roe are Mon-Fri, (Apply online only) (on-site) and the pay-rate on offer is between -14.50 and -15.25KeywordsInstallation, Engineering, Installs, Plans, Purchase Orders, invoices, Health and Safety
