Hardware Install EngineersLocation: Aberdeen (Onsite)Contract Duration: 4 MonthsStart Date: October 2026Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to FridayOverviewWe are seeking 6 Hardware Install Engineer''s to support a large-scale end-user device Install project. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation and replacement of end-user devices across the estate, working as part of a dedicated project team. This is a hands-on Install role requiring strong customer service skills andamp; attention to detailKey Responsibilities Deploy and replace end-user devices across multiple departments.Carry out hardware installations, device swaps, and desk-side support activities.Disconnect, reconnect, and test user equipment and peripherals.Provide first-line support and basic troubleshooting during deployments.Ensure all devices are configured and deployed in line with project requirements.Accurately update deployment records and asset tracking documentation.Escalate any technical issues to the appropriate support teams.Support the collection and management of Legacy equipment.Deliver excellent customer service while working directly with end users.
