Inspector and Packer Mon to Thurs 8am - 4pm Leigh-on-Sea £12.71 per hour About the Role One to One Personnel are looking for a reliable, focused and detail-oriented Inspector and Packer to join our clients team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys careful, repetitive work and takes pride in producing work to a high standard. The main part of the role will involve inspecting products for any damage, defects or errors, ensuring that only products meeting the required standards move through to the next stage. The role will also involve some packing duties, so you will need to be comfortable switching between inspection and packing tasks throughout the day. After successfully completing 12 weeks of employment, there is the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team. Key Responsibilities Carefully inspect products for damage, defects, imperfections or errors. Carry out detailed visual quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards. Handle products carefully and efficiently. Pack products accurately and securely when required. Check products and packaging for any errors before dispatch. Identify and report any issues or products that do not meet quality standards. Follow clear instructions and established quality-control procedures. Maintain a clean and organised work area.
