Inspection Test Plans Manager (Civils / Groundworks / Quality) 50,000 - 55,000 + Accommodation + Training + Progression + Company Car + Expensed European Travel + Overtime + Company Benefits Full-time role in MilanAre you a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering, groundworks or concrete, with experience writing ITPs and managing quality across construction projects?This company is a specialist civils and groundworks contractor delivering concrete, rebar and structural works for clients across the power, industrial, commercial and residential sectors.Due to continued growth in the UK and rapid expansion into Europe, including projects in Italy and Portugal, they are now looking to strengthen their Quality team.In this role, you will take responsibility for supporting and maintaining quality standards across major civils and groundworks projects in the UK and Europe. A key part of the position will be developing and managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring project works are inspected, tested and documented in line with client requirements, specifications and relevant standards.You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to identify quality requirements, complete inspections, manage non-conformances and ensure works are delivered to the required standard.
