Inspection Officer

Overview

Inspection Officer - Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Company Car provided. Reporting to head office in E4 daily to pick up jobs.Responsibilities

Carry out routine and ad-hoc inspections of residential properties all around London and Essex area.Identify and report necessary repairs and maintenance issues.Ensure properties comply with fire safety regulations.Prepare detailed inspection reports.Communicate effectively with tenants.Strong understanding of property maintenance and ability to recognise repair needs.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Report to office daily in the morning by 9am.Requirements / Qualifications
