The team is ranked by the legal directories and advise clients on contentious and non-contentious Insolvency matters.Client DetailsThe client is a regional law firm with offices across West Yorkshire. They offer the full range of legal services to clients across the region and have a specialist Insolvency team who advise clients including businesses, banks and insolvency practitioners.DescriptionThe Insolvency Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;Advising clients on contentious and non contentious insolvency matters.Dealing with a range of work including CVA''s, liquidations, administrations and IVA''s.Working on a range of files and supporting senior team members on high value matters.Taking an active role in business developmentWorking closely with colleagues in other teams such as corporate.ProfileThe successful Insolvency Solicitor should have / be;A Solicitor with a focus on insolvency lawLikely to be around 0-5 years PQEAn interest to work for a regional law firmA track record dealing with contentious and non contentious insolvency.Ties to LeedsJob OfferSalary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.Generous holiday entitlement of 26 days.Access to a comprehensive healthcare plan.Pension schemeFlexible hybrid working arrangements for a healthy work-life balance. ..... full job details .....
