Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Solicitor - from 3yrs PQE - Leicester An established and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Solicitor to join its growing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with around 3 years'' post-qualification experience (PQE) to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role You will work as part of a well-respected insolvency and restructuring team, advising a diverse client base including: Insolvency practitioners Individuals and stakeholders SMEs and owner-managed businesses Large national and international organisations The caseload will cover a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including: Corporate insolvency and restructuring Personal insolvency Litigation and dispute resolution Advisory and transactional work This role offers strong exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build technical expertise across both litigation and advisory disciplines.
