OverviewAs an Insolvency Solicitor, you will manage a mixed caseload of insolvency matters, providing advice and support to clients in complex and often high-stakes situations. You''ll work with a talented team in a collaborative environment, handling everything from corporate restructurings to personal insolvencies.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality legal advice in insolvency law to both businesses and individuals

Manage a diverse caseload, including bankruptcy, liquidation, and corporate recovery

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive solutions

Work alongside senior lawyers and assist in business development efforts

Use innovative legal technology to provide cost-efficient and effective solutions

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in insolvency law

Technical knowledge of insolvency procedures, corporate recovery and restructuring

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
