• Advise a broad client base on a wide range of contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, delivering commercially focused solutions across sophisticated and often high profile cases.
• Work closely with respected specialists and collaborate with the firm's Corporate and Banking teams to provide seamless advice across multi-disciplinary matters.
• Benefit from an established client platform while also playing a leading role in business.
• Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level with significant expertise in Contentious Restructuring & Insolvency.
• A genuine interest in business development is essential, and candidates with an established professional network or client following will be particularly well suited to this opportunity.
