Insolvency Practitioner / Director South Yorkshire £80-£100k Are you a Licenced Appointment Taking Insolvency Practitioner who would like to join a busy growing independent insolvency practice ? Would you like to be a Decision Maker, A Leader and have a Pivotal role in an Independent Insolvency Practice? Role Outline The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the corporate insolvency process, compliance and have excellent communication skills. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships both new and existing. Manage formal insolvency cases from the initial enquiry right through to conclusion Meeting with clients identifying and assessing the business financial situation and determine the best course of action. Lead and progress all aspects of insolvency case work including pre and post appointment procedures and compliance matters efficiently. Oversee and assist with the training and development of the team. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members in the department. Experience Corporate Insolvency Experience : 5 years (required) JIEB qualified Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to take joint appointments with our existing IP.
