Specific Duties And Responsibilities Include
Involvement in client meetings from initial contact, with responsibility for driving cases to appointment date and beyond
Handling cases from commencement/handover to closure, including statutory reporting to stakeholders
Understanding corporate insolvency procedures, especially Administrations and CVLs
Stakeholder management
Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
Managing additional ad hoc tasks as required
Autonomous decision-making
Managing and leading team members
Developing relationships with internal and external professionals
Skills Required
6+ years’ corporate insolvency experience
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to identify high-risk issues
Flexibility and adaptability
Managing competing priorities
Team player with strong organizational skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills
Accountancy or insolvency qualification is desirable but not required
